convenient location
perfect location helpful staff tourism recommendation good amenities
the location was perfect. the staff were helpful. i had a good experience with tourism recommendations and the epic rides bus stopped in front. amenities were good too.

The renovated rooms impressed me. I found them quite appealing. the rooms were also very comfy and tidy. there were no coffee cups or cutlery, though that was very basic.

There were starbucks and mcdonald's downstairs. i had breakfast once. There was a super buffet with scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages and potatoes, as well as varied dishes such as waffles, pancakes plus bread, croissants, meats, cheese and fruits.

central location efficient elevator service high standard rain head overpriced buffet pre-made waffle
The location proved central. it allowed easy walks to canada place and robson street. the elevator service was efficient, and i appreciated the lack of delays. the cleanliness was also very noticeable. The hotel maintained a high standard.
The shower only had a rain head. this made it difficult to avoid getting my hair wet. I prefer a handheld option. i found the breakfast buffet overpriced. the waffles seemed pre-made and were not fresh.

convenient location luggage storage
i stored luggage before and after checkout. a bus to whistler mountain left right outside the door. it was very convenient.
The windows were dirty making the room look dusty, even after they tried to clean them. It was a small nuisance though.

The hotel location is convenient to many amenities. The staff was friendly and helpful. My room was quiet and clean. Elevators were always quick to arrive.
I found no vending machines or little store on the hotel, if one forgot anything.

The room was spacious and quiet. The bed was very comfortable. The room included a coffeemaker and a mini-fridge.

The hotel had a starbucks on the main floor. The hotel breakfast is available with many options. The buffet included fresh fruit and pastries.

vast choices helpful staffs small pool unhelpful front desk
This hotel have good location. I like how clean the room are. The breakfast buffet had vast choices of food. All staffs I encounter were amazing and helpful.
The swimming pool I saw were small. Also the jacuzzi seemed to always be full and hard to enter. It seems like that amenity need to be improved, yeah. The front desk aren't really helpful with Hyatt membership benefits, sadly.
