convenient locationluggage storage
i stored luggage before and after checkout. a bus to whistler mountain left right outside the door. it was very convenient.
The windows were dirty making the room look dusty, even after they tried to clean them. It was a small nuisance though.

The hotel location is convenient to many amenities. The staff was friendly and helpful. My room was quiet and clean.
I found no vending machines or little store on the hotel, if one forgot anything.

This hotel have good location. I like how clean the room are. The breakfast buffet had vast choices of food. All staffs I encounter were amazing and helpful.
The swimming pool I saw were small. Also the jacuzzi seemed to always be full and hard to enter. It seems like that amenity need to be improved, yeah. The front desk aren't really helpful with Hyatt membership benefits, sadly.
